Jeffrey Dahmer comic book publisher Hart Fisher appears on Larry King where he is confronted by the sister of one of Dahmer's victims. The sister had sued Fisher but had her case thrown out based on the publisher's First Amendment rights.

Their case wasn't thrown out of court. I fought them tooth and nail, at my own personal expense, for nearly 4 years. When I did win the case the judge took 6 months to rule in a way that I couldn't recoup my legal costs. Freedom ain't cheap folks. Plus the book was banned, burned, and black listed.
