A segment from Michael Moore's TV Nation (1994) which investigates how junk mail is used to raise money for various causes. Using a "direct mail" expert, donation funds are set up for savings & loan felon Charles Keating, Jeffrey Dahmer, and correspondent Roy Sekoff and sent them out in a test to see which mailers would receive the most response.
